Threads
Bio-revitalizing and traction threads are recommended for treating wrinkles both as a preventive strategy and a restorative solution.

What is it?
Biorevitalizing threads are threads based on biocompatible substances capable of stimulating the natural production of collagen.
Traction threads are also referred to as a non-surgical facelift. They are positioned in strategic points of the face and reshape its contours.
How does it work?
With bio-revitalizing threads, the lifting effect comes from the response of the skin tissues and not from a mechanical action. They are inserted into the face without the necessity of anesthetic and provide a lifting effect that is perfected in the weeks following the treatment. Thanks to the natural stimulation of collagen, the lifting effect can be prolonged for up to 24 months. Traction threads, on the other hand, are implanted in the skin through cannulae, and a local anaesthetic is used for this procedure. Thanks to their bidirectional pins, the threads are able to grip the skin and pull it in. They are particularly suitable for malar or mid-face lifting and for treating the jaw, neck and eyebrow area.
Recovery time and mode
The treatment has no recovery time, and any slight redness disappears within a few minutes. Normal activities can be resumed immediately. Sauna, sun and strenuous sport activities should be avoided.
Results
Results are immediately visible and natural. They do not lead to filling, but instead to stretching and lifting of the tissues. For this reason, an aesthetic doctor with a thorough knowledge of the human anatomy and a natural aesthetic approach is crucial for this type of treatment, so that this technique can be performed in an appropriate and personalised manner.

“Three or four threads are inserted in the cheeks to redefine the mid-face: the effect is very impactful, and recovery is extremely rapid and very natural.”
